Return Policy: Each Ms. Chocolate gift is shipped carefully to ensure perfect arrival. If for some reason your gift does not arrive in perfect order claims of damage, or loss, must be made to our office within 3 days of receipt. Ms. Chocolate, LLC will then determine whether merchandise shall be returned for a credit, or refund.
