Shipping and Delivery

• All orders will be shipped via UPS, F.O.B Erwin, NC distribution center, unless specified.
• Customers will be charged for the shipping and handling of each order.
• Orders over 200 lbs. will receive discounted shipping prices.
• Delivery times may vary due to UPS service estimates from NC, inclement weather, etc.
• In the event of warm weather, we try our best to decrease the chances of product loss by providing chemical ice packs, and/or special insulation inside each shipment at no charge.
• Custom shipping labels available upon request.
• Each Ms. Chocolate gift is shipped and carefully packaged to ensure perfect arrival.
• Ground Delivery: Monday-Friday delivery in the *continental United States, only excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery after the gift is shipped.
• Ground shipping charges are applied by merchandise total per address per shipping date.
• We do not ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes at this time.
